ZA Bank (“the Bank”) will not call you or send you any email, SMS message or other means of communication requesting for your personal information, including online username and password, or other types of password/ PIN etc.

Please do not disclose any of your personal information or bank account information to any suspicious callers, SMS message or pre-recorded voice call requesting for such information.

Statement on Telephone Deception Case:ZA Bank would like to alert members of the public that a Telephone Deception modus operandi was found recently, which used the "Government HKD10,000 Cash Payout Scheme" (CPS) as bait. The call receiver was asked to provide information including personal particulars, bank account and password as well as credit card information for the purpose of verifying the CPS registration. Please be advised that ZA Bank will not request users to disclose bank account and passcode by calls. To avoid financial loss, please remain vigilant and do not provide your personal particulars and bank account information to the unknown callers.
