I have bound the BIB Authenticator with my mobile device, but what should I do if my device has been jailbroken or rooted and I can't use the BIB Authenticator?
Since your mobile device is now jailbroken or rooted, it may become unsafe and could lead to fraudulent transactions. For security reasons, you will not be able to continue using the BIB Authenticator on that device.
If you want to keep using it, please remove your BIB Authenticator from the jailbroken/rooted device and then rebind the it on another non-jailbroken/rooted device.
