How to upgrade my user level to Lv 1 or Lv 2?
Simply increase your total balance so that your 30-day Average Daily Total Balance reaches the designated amount for each user level, and you will be upgraded automatically.
Example: Add up your day-end Total Balance from 1 August 2026 to 30 August 2026, both dates inclusive, and divide the total by 30. If the calculated "30-day average daily Total Balance" meets the required amount for Lv 1 or Lv 2, you will be automatically upgraded to the corresponding user level on 31 August 2026.
