Your user level upgrades are determined by your "30-day Average Daily Total Balance" as of the end of yesterday. It is not based on your current Total Balance, nor is the upgrade processed automatically in real time.
If the target amount is met, your user level will be upgraded within the following day, the data will update by 23:59:59 on that day at the latest.
