A limited-time trial of Lv 1 will be granted for a group mailbox of 10 users, and a limited-time trial of Lv 2 will be granted for a group mailbox of 50 users.

To check your user level in the ZA Bank App, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the ZA Bank App and tap the profile picture icon in the top left corner

2. Tap "Group verification" and follow the on-screen instructions

Friendly reminder:

· In respect of the limited-time trial eligibility based on the team size reaching the specified requirement, each Participant may obtain the limited-time trial eligibility for each User Level through this method only once during the subsistence of the Participant’s ZA Bank account.

· If you have already experienced a Pioneer Tier through other methods, such as the end-of-day balance or a Pioneer Card, you will not be able to obtain the Pioneer experience again, even if your group email meets the required number of members.

If you have previously obtained a trial eligibility through other designated methods, you will not be able to obtain the trial eligibility for the same user level again, even if the number of members in your team meets the relevant requirement.
