How can I start using cryptocurrency trading services?
As of date, we let our customers who have a valid ZA Bank account apply for cryptocurrency trading services at any time through the ZA Bank App.
Check out how to activate your cryptocurrency trading services in two simple steps:
- Log in to the ZA Bank App and go to the "Invest" page.
- Find "Crypto dealing service" page and press "Go". Follow the steps to complete the setup, and you can start trading immediately.
- As of date, cryptocurrency trading services are not available to Visitors in Hong Kong. Thank you for your support and understanding.
- "Visitor in Hong Kong" refers to customers holding a valid People's Republic of China Resident Identity Card who open a ZA Bank account while visiting Hong Kong.
