Inter-Bank Debt Relief Plan

The objective of the Inter-Bank Debt Relief Plan is to help customers holding unsecured debts across multiple financial creditors manage their household budgets and support their daily lives, while implementing a repayment plan with multiple creditors in an efficient manner. If you encounter repayment difficulties, you may contact your major creditor (i.e., the "lead creditor") to arrange an Inter-Bank Debt Relief Plan. For details, please refer to the Consumer Guide.

Individual Voluntary Arrangement

Customers facing financial difficulty who are unable to repay their debts within the repayment period may apply for an Individual Voluntary Arrangement through their appointed nominee and submit a new repayment proposal to the creditors. Once approved, this proposal is binding on all creditors.
