If you have successfully opened your account and passed the relevant internal review, you can simply follow the steps below to get your physical ZA Card:

1. Log into the ZA Bank App

2. Tap on "ZA Card"

3. Scroll down and tap "More" > "Get a Physical card"

4. Confirm your mailing address once more, and you're all set!

Don't activate the physical card in the ZA Bank App before you have received it!
