ZA Bank would like to alert our customers and mass public on recent fraud cases on suspicious recruitment websites. Visitors to such websites may be told to transfer money to fraudsters’ bank accounts. For details, please refer to the alert message published on the Hong Kong Police's social media platform (Link).

Please note that:

  • • Don't transfer your money to unknown party account


If you've noticed any suspicious websites, please report to the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre hotline of the Hong Kong Police at (852) 18222. In case customers suspect to fall victim to any scam or have disclosed any personal information with any suspicious person through the website, please contact the Police and alert us immediately through the Online Chat or call our 24/7 Customer Service hotline on (852) 3665 3665 as soon as possible.
