- Currently, we support credit cards issued by major banks or credit card issuers in Hong Kong with 15 or 16-digit card number. You can check the list of supporting banks and credit card issuers by clicking the “Supporting Institutions” button. If the issuer of your credit card is not on the list, please contact us.
- Normally the settlement amount will be transferred to your credit card account within 10 minutes upon confirming the Card Statement Instalment Program agreement. But the actual time required may vary depending on the circumstances. The exact time for transferring funds to your credit card account will be subject to the operation of the card issuing bank. Please contact the credit card issuing bank for details.
- No.A bank saving account will be created upon your Card Statement Instalment Program drawdown for a new bank customer, which will be used for fund disbursement (if applicable) and monthly repayment.
