I have never made a transaction at Apple.com/bill, yet this suspicious transaction occurred in my Activity log. What should I do next?

If you discover any suspicious ZA Card transactions. We suggest that you go to the ZA Bank App > Account > ZA Card, Tap "Lock Card", and verify the transaction(s) with the corresponding merchant (s).

You can check your Apple transaction(s) throughyour iPhone: App Store > click your profile icon on the top right-hand corner > tap on your name > click Purchase History, and you can review the purchase record.

You can also check your Apple transaction(s) through the website Apple Support (https://support.apple.com/). Click > "Billing and subscriptions", then click " Identify unfamiliar charges" under "Confirm billing charges", and follow its guidelines to verify the transaction(s).

If you have concerns about your Apple purchase history made with your ZA Card, we suggest that you contact Apple first to understand the transaction details. If you still need our assistance, you can log into the ZA Bank App, select the corresponding transaction in "Homepage" > "Activity", and then click "..." in the lower right corner, and click “Dispute” to initiate a dispute on the corresponding transaction.
