Why do I get a call from ZA Insure customer service after I have purchased the insurance policy?

For the protection of vulnerable customers, ZA Insure will make a post-sale confirmation calls to the policy holder within 5 working days after the date of policy issue to reaffirm customers’ understanding of the policy that they have procured, and that they are fully aware of their rights and obligations under the policy.
A vulnerable customer is a person (i) age 65 or above (ii) with low level of education, or (iii) having a low net worth coupled with low income.
