You may request your Relationship Manager in writing via a board resolution to close your account, or you can call our customer service hotline and our Relationship Manager will follow up on this matter.
Note: You can no longer conduct transactions after we have successfully closed your account. Please remember to download all e-statements and e-advice for your records, as they will no longer be available through our Business Internet Banking after we have closed your account. There will be service charges for paper statement/advice retrieval requests.
