1. 18 years old or above;

2. Residing in Hong Kong during the account opening;

3. Holding the original Mainland Chinese resident identity card (the identity card is valid for at least 30 days upon the account opening date);

4. Holding the original Exit-entry Permit to Hong Kong and Macau (the identity card is valid for at least 30 days upon the account opening date; the endorsement is valid within the day of account opening);

5. Holding a valid Mainland China mobile phone number (can receive text messages and answer calls in Hong Kong);

6. Holding a valid Mainland China savings bank card (the registered mobile number is the same to the Mainland China mobile phone number for account opening).
