We support eDDA binding initiated from other banks or merchants. Once the binding is successful, you can debit your ZA Bank account and deposit funds to the other bank or merchant account.

Please check with the individual bank or merchant on whether it supports eDDA binding or not.

Please note that the transfer amount cannot exceed your existing account balance in ZA Bank. You will need to have a sufficient own-account transfer limit or registered payee transfer limit for the direct debit instruction on the day. Otherwise, the other bank or merchant may charge you extra fees due to a transaction failure.
