If the automatic debit payment failed for Generali Life (Hong Kong) (“Generali”), Generali will notify you via email. You may check if you have received such notifications and corresponding payment information.

If the automatic debit payment failed for ZA Insure policies, ZA Insure will notify you via email on the payment date. You may deposit the amount into your ZA Bank saving account within 14 days after receiving the notification. ZA Insure will try to debit again on 14th day.
You can also find your policy and complete the payment at any time via the ‘Insurance’ shortcut after logging in to the ZA Bank home page > ‘Me’ at the upper right corner > ‘ZA Insure Bill’, and tap ‘Pay Now’ to complete the payment.
Please note, your policy will lapse if you cannot complete the payment within 30 days after the payment due date.
