Transaction made around similar time Check the transactions that are made around the same time. This might remind you of where you had been at that time and help you figure out the unidentified transaction. Consider the exchange rate If the unconfirmed transaction is settled in foreign currency, the final transaction amount may be different from your purchase. Why is my card locked?

For security reason, ZA Card doesn&#x27;t support online non-CVV purchase. For specific non-CVV merchant, you may be required to go through one-time authentication via ZA Bank App before approving the authorisation.

I can't make a purchase with ZA Card at  a non-CVV merchant

ZA Card’s Visa payWave contactless payment setting only supports online authorisation. However the e-payment system used at the tunnels does not support this setting. No worry, you can still use your ZA Card for contactless payments at other merchants. Please pay attention the latest information from Transport Department for when ZA Card can be used for tunnel fee payments.
