I can see a pop-up screen for [Important Note] when I click on the [FX] menu in Business Internet Banking. What does it mean?

You are temporarily unable to conduct Currency Exchange transactions on our Business Internet Banking Platform.

For FX transactions on Business Internet Banking, any one of the approvers as appointed by the company can authorise the transaction on the company’s behalf. As we will need your company to agree to this arrangement, the pop-up screen is there for you and your company’s other authorised signatories to indicate your consent, before we can enable access to the FX service.

Please contact your relationship manager for further arrangement.

We may not be able to offer you access to the FX service on our Business Internet Banking if consent has not been obtained.
