If you are applying to open an account from the website, you can log into the bank's official website bank.za.group, and click on the leading directory in the upper left corner of the ZA Bank official website:
"Bank" → "Business account Opening", then click "Continue / Enquiry" in the “Express Account Opening” section. Use the registered phone number to complete SMS verification, and you can check the account opening status.
