ZA Insure will notify you via email on the payment date about the failure of payment. You may deposit the amount into your ZA Bank saving account within 14 days after the payment date. ZA Insure will try to debit again on day 14.
You may also tap “Pay Now” to complete the payment anytime from「More」>「ZA Insure」> 「My Policy」>「My Bills」.
Please note, your policy will lapse if you cannot complete the payment within 30 days after the payment date.
