2. Tap on your profile picture on homepage
3. Tap'Account Information'
4. Tap'Close account'at the bottom of the page
5. Follow the instrution accordingly
You can submit your request in the ZA Bank App from 7am to 12am each day. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via the online chat.
If you have any scheduled transfer/service with us, it won't be executed after account closure. Please be reminded to make alternative arrangements.
Please be reminded to download all bank statements, e-advices, loan agreements (if any) or other account documents before account closure through our Bank App. Statement record will no longer be available after account closure. The latest bank statement, if any, of this account will be sent to your correspondence address by post. You may also apply for historical bank statements in paper form after account closure by contacting our customer service hotline at 3665 3665.
