Want to open your ZA Bank account? You need to:

1. An individual aged 18 or above;

2. Holding a valid HKID card (permanent and non-permanent residents are accepted; smart HKID and the new smart HKID introduced on 26 November 2018 are both accepted; juvenile HKID card and HKID card issued overseas are not accepted);

3. Having and provide a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number for receiving SMS and identity authentication;

4. Provide a valid residential address in Hong Kong.
Please note that we are not able to open a bank account for customer with tax residency, place of birth or nationality in certain countries.
