How do I change the policy beneficiary(ies)?

You can view your policies by tapping the ‘All’ shortcut after logging in to the home page of ZA Bank App and go to ‘My Policy’ under Insurance section.

For the insurance policies underwritten by ZA Insure, you can view the beneficiary record for each of your policy(ies) and make changes accordingly.

For the policy underwritten by Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited, the requests can be made via Generali designated hotline at +852 2531 8989 or via email bancalife.cs@generali.com.hk.
The servicing hours are Mon-Fri, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., excluding public holidays.
