Some common reasons why auto top-up instructions cannot be executed include:
1) Abnormal account or customer status
2) Insufficient account balance with other bank
3) Exceeds daily transaction limit or single transaction limit
4) You have unbinded the account with the other bank
In case of failed execution of auto top-up, we will notify you via (1) Push notification and (2) Email. In addition, you can view your auto top-up activities and statuses in the "Activity" secion in our app homepage.
