To adjust your daily transfer limit, you can:
1. Log into the ZA Bank App
2. Press and hold the yellow "ZA" icon on homepage
3. Swipe up to go to the Transfer page
4. Tap the setting icon in the top right corner
5. Select ‘Set limit’
Your maximum transfer limit would vary with circumstances:
There are 3 types of transfer limits:
■ Own-account transfer limit: You may transfer funds to your accounts with other banks or institutions, subject to this daily cumulative cap. Please note that you must transfer with mobile number/email address via FPS, and the mobile number/email address must be consistent with your record in ZA Bank. In addition, electronic direct debit instructions initiated by same-name account of other banks are also subject to your own-account transfer limit.
■ Registered payee transfer Limit: You may transfer funds to your registered payees (including local payees and overseas payees) subject to this daily cumulative cap. In addition, electronic direct debit instructions initiated by merchants or institutions (such as securities brokers and public utility) are also subject to your registered payee transfer limit.
■ Non-registered payee transfer and global transfer limit: You may transfer funds to your non-registered payees (including non-registered overseas payees) subject to this daily cumulative cap.
