Existing ZA Bank individual customer who has maintained a valid deposit account can apply for an investment account through the ZA bank App. Before opening an investment account, customers need to complete a customer risk profiling questionnaire to determine the customer's risk status.

The following conditions are the basic requirement for opening an investment account:

(I) 18 years old or above;

(II) No investment account with the Bank;
