As of date, we currently support customers with an active ZA Bank account to use our cryptocurrency trading service via the ZA Bank App. Before activation, a few simple questions will help us get a sense of what feels right for you.

To activate the crypto service, you must meet all six requirements:

1. Be at least 18 years old
2. Hold a Hong Kong Identity Card
3. Currently reside in Hong Kong and provide proof of address  within the last 3 month
4. Meet the required risk rating
5. Pass the cryptocurrency knowledge test
6. Be physically in Hong Kong at the time of account opening
