You can request to close your account in one of the following ways:
Contact your Relationship Manager to submit a written request along with a board resolution.
By calling our customer service hotline 3665 3665, your Relationship Manager will follow up with you directly.
Important notes:
▸Once your account is successfully closed, you can no longer conduct any transactions.
▸Please download all e-Statements and e-Advices in advance, as they will no longer be accessible via Business Internet Banking after closure.
▸A service fee will apply if you request paper copies of these documents later.
