Want to open your ZA Bank account? You need to:

1. An individual aged 18 or above;
2. Applicants must hold a new smart ID card issued by the Hong Kong Immigration Department on or after November 26, 2018, including permanent/non-permanent resident identity tags.
3. Having and provide a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number for receiving SMS and identity authentication;
4. Provide a valid residential address in Hong Kong.

Inapplicable documents:

• Smart ID cards issued before November 26, 2018
• Children's ID cards (regardless of the date of issue)
• Any ID card issued by an overseas institution

Please note that we are not able to open a bank account for customer with tax residency, place of birth or nationality in certain countries.
