See the eligibility requirements below:

1.18 years old or above;

2.Staying in Hong Kong during the account opening;

3.Holding the original People’s Republic of China Resident Identity Card (the identity card is valid for at least 30 days upon the account opening date);

4.Holding a valid Mainland China mobile phone number (can receive text messages and answer calls in Hong Kong);

5.Holding a valid Mainland China savings bank card (the registered mobile number is the same to the Mainland China mobile phone number for account opening).

6.Provide a valid entry and exit certificate from the National Immigration Administration.
