Who can I apply for ZA VHIS as an insured person?
The insured person can be your spouse, kid(s) / person(s) under guardianship, parents /guardian sand siblings.
ZA Insure may requires you to upload the photo of HKID or identity document (such as birth certificate) of the insured, however, the Bank will not keep such photo(s) after submission.
