Who can I apply for ZA VHIS as an insured person?
- The insured person can be your spouse, kid(s) / person(s) under guardianship, parents /guardian sand siblings.
- ZA Insure may requires you to upload the photo of HKID or identity document (such as birth certificate) of the insured, however, the Bank will not keep such photo(s) after submission.
