Your personal deposit account that you opened at ZA Bank will be classified as inactive, where those account have no financial transactions initiated by the Bank for 18 months(such as interest and charges), will be classified as inactive accounts.

Friendly reminder:

• You will be unable to use the account for any financial transactions, including but not limited to transfer, Add money, place time deposits and loan application.
• You will therefore need to reactivate your inactive account through the ZA Bank App.
