Individual customers can apply for fund trading service if they meet the following conditions:

1. Hold a valid ZA Bank savings account 
2. Complete a customer risk profiling questionnaire to determine your risk profile  
3. Licensed financial institution employees need to provide their employer's consent letter
4. Visitors who are opening an investment account with ZA Bank for the first time need to be physically present in Hong Kong to apply
