To pause your ZA Credit service:
Simply log in to the ZA Bank App > Accounts > ZA Credit > Manage ZA Credit > tap the "…" icon in the top right corner > Suspend.
To terminate your ZA Credit service:
Please first settle all outstanding balances and pending charges / transactions, then follow the instructions in the ZA Bank App or contact our customer service team to request termination.
Please note that we cannot guarantee you'll be able to reapply after termination. Eligibility will be determined by what the system shows at the time.
