From the time the funds are sent out from ZA Bank, under normal circumstances:

▸ HKD and CNY via FPS: expected to arrive instantly.

▸ USD via CHATS/SWIFT: expected to arrive within 1- 2 business days.

▸ SGD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, JPY, NZD, CHF via SWIFT: expected to arrive within 1 - 4 business days.

The actual time of arrival is subject to the beneficiary bank.

You can download the e-advice in the ZA Bank app and provide it to the payee/receiving bank for further follow-up on the processing status.

All transfers should be real-time, but instructions raised after the time listed below will be processed on the next business day
