Please note that ZA Bank’s official website is bank.za.group/hk/. For your account security, please download the ZA Bank App only from the App Store, Google Play, or our official website. If you have any doubts about a caller’s identity, encounter anyone claiming to represent ZA Bank or promote ZA Bank’s products and services (including intermediaries), or suspect any suspicious or unauthorised transactions or activity on your account, please contact us immediately via the ZA Bank App online chat or by calling our hotline on (852) 3665 3665 / (852) 3665 3660.
