We are updating the &ldquo;Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers&rdquo; (&ldquo;Fees and Charges Guides&rdquo;), which will be effective from 1 January 2025. While this may sound like another boring update, please take a few minutes to carefully read through this notice to better protect your interests.
New fee to the Fees and Charges Guides are listed below:

Please note that the amendments will be legally binding on you if you use or continue to use related products or services on or before 1 January 2025.
If you decline to accept the amendments, you have the right to terminate the products or services according to the relevant provisions under ZA Bank&rsquo;s General Account Terms and Conditions and ZA Card Terms and Conditions before the abovementioned date.
