Notice of Amendment to the 'Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers'

(Effective from 30 April 2023 and 1 June 2023)

We're updating the Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers ('Fees and Charges Guide'), which will be effective from 30 April 2023 and 1 June 2023. While this may sound like another boring update, please take a few minutes to carefully read through this notice to better protect your interests.

Amendments to the Fees and Charges Guide in relation to Services which will be effective from 30 April 2023 are listed below:

Amendment to the Fees and Charges Guide in relation to ZA Card Services which will be effective from 1 June 2023.

Please note:

1. (1) the amendments will be binding on you if you do not stop using the Banking Service and Investment Fund Services before 30 April 2023.
2. (2) the amendments will be binding on you if you do not stop using the ZA Card Service before 1 June 2023. 

If you decline to accept the amendments, you have the right to stop using the products or services according to the relevant provisions under ZA Bank’s General Account Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions for Investment Services, Outward Remittance Terms and Conditions and ZA Card Terms and Conditions before the above mentioned date.
