ZA Bank has recently identified incidents involving fraudulent SMS messages impersonating our name. These messages falsely claim that the recipient's Taobao membership account has issues and requires renewal by calling a customer service hotline.
We urge all users to remain vigilant. Do not respond to such messages, click on suspicious links, or call any unknown phone numbers.
We would like to make the following clear:
- ZA Bank does not handle any Taobao membership account matters;
- We do not engage in any third-party account renewal operations;
- Do not click on unknown links or call unfamiliar numbers;
- Never disclose sensitive personal information (such as username, PIN, one-time password (OTP), or ZA Card details) to anyone via phone call or email.
