We're updating the Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers ('Fees and Charges Guide'), which will be effective from 13 December 2022. While this may sound like another boring update, please take a few minutes to carefully read through this notice to better protect your interests. 


Amendments to the Fees and Charges Guide in relation to ZA Bank’s Investment Fund Services and unsecured loan facilities are listed below:

 

Please note:

  1. (1) the amendments will be binding on you if you do not stop using the Investment Fund Services before 13 December 2022. If you decline to accept the amendments, you have the right to stop using the products or services according to the relevant provisions under ZA Bank’s Terms and Conditions for Investment Services before 13 December 2022.
  2. (2) the amendments related to Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program are only applicable to the relevant loan application process started on or after 13 December 2022.
