We're updating the Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers ('Fees and Charges Guide'), which will be effective from 1 October 2023. While this may sound like another boring update, please take a few minutes to carefully read through this notice to better protect your interests.

The amendments will be binding on you if you do not stop using Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program / Debt Consolidation Program before 1 October 2023.

If you decline to accept the amendments, you have the right to stop using the products or services according to the relevant provisions under ZA Bank’s General Account Terms and Conditions, and Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program / Debt Consolidation Program Terms and Conditions before the above mentioned date.
