We are updating the “Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers” and “Fees and Charges Guide for Securities Services” (“Fees and Charges Guides”), which will be effective from 14 August 2024. While this may sound like another boring update, please take a few minutes to carefully read through this notice to better protect your interests. 

Amendments to the Fees and Charges Guides are listed below:

Debit Card 

For clarity and the alignment of relevant terms and conditions, the expression of “Debit Card” is changed to “ZA Card”.

Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program / Debt Consolidation Program

Investment Fund Services

Effective from 14 August 2024, we will rename the “Fees and Charges Guide for Securities Services” document to “Fees and Charges Guide for Investment Services.” The fee information of investment fund services currently displayed in “Fees and Charges Guide for Individual Customers” will be moved to the “Fees and Charges Guide for Investment Services” document. There is no change to the existing fees and charges for investment fund services.

Please note that the amendments will be legally binding on you if you do not terminate the ZA Card, Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program / Debt Consolidation Program or investment account before 14 August 2024.

If you decline to accept the amendments, you have the right to terminate the products or services according to the relevant provisions under ZA Bank’s ZA Card Terms and Conditions, Instalment Loan / Instalment Loan Top-up / Card Statement Instalment Program / Debt Consolidation Program Terms and Conditions or Terms and Conditions for Investment Services before the abovementioned date.
