Can I cancel the policy after my application?

If you are not completely satisfied with your policy, you may request for cancellation within 30 days (Cooling-off period) from the policy issuance date.

For the policy underwritten by ZA Insure

You may visit ZA Bank App (the ‘All’ shortcut after logging in to the home page and go to ‘My Policy’ under Insurance section) to submit your cancellation request. ZA Insure will process your cancellation request within 10 working days from the day they receive your submission with all paid premiums and levy refunded to you.

Please note that no refund can be made if a claim payment under the policy has been made prior to your request for cancellation.
