ZA Insure has a 30-day grace period from the premium due date and the policy will remain in force during grace period. If the premium is not paid within the grace period, the policy will be considered lapsed.

If you forgot to pay the policy premium of Generali Life (Hong Kong) (“Generali”) or the debit payment failed due to insufficient account balance, the policy may lapse. Generali will notify you via email, and you may check if you have received such notifications which come with the payment instruction.
