As of date, you cannot deposit cash into your ZA Bank account via an ATM. You can instantly transfer money to your ZA Bank account through other banks or institutions, especially via the Faster Payment System (“FPS”).

Can I deposit money into my ZA Bank account via an ATM?

For security reason, ZA Card doesn&#x27;t support online non-CVV purchase. For specific non-CVV merchant, you may be required to go through one-time authentication via ZA Bank App before approving the authorisation.

Yes. The expiry date of ZA Coin is the last calendar date of the second year from the date you earned the ZA Coin. For example, for ZA Coin earned in the year of 2023, the expiry date will be on Dec 31, 2025.

Will ZA Coin expire?

If you have already replaced your ZA Card / your ZA Card has expired, you can destroy the old card yourself. To protect your ZA Card information security, you can cut your card through the magnetic strip and the chip or destroy it in other secure ways.
