If your ZA Card is lost, you may log into the ZA Bank App immediately to lock the card.
App Lock Card Step:
1. Log in to ZA Bank App
2. Tap the "Account" icon
3. Tap ZA Card
4. Select 'Lock Card'
To protect your account safety, suggest You may also request for card replacement via below steps:
1. Log into ZA Bank App
2. Tap the "Account" icon
3. Tap ZA Card
4. Select 'Replace Card'
