The depositary (Depository Receipts Agent) will, via the Bank, periodically (e.g. once a year) charge a fee to clients holding American Depositary Receipts.The fee generally ranges from USD 0.01 to USD 0.05 per receipt (per share equivalent), with the exact amount set by the depositary.
