Corporate actions will be processed according to the arrangements of Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (“HKSCC”).

For example:

• Cash dividends will be paid on the same day upon receipt from HKSCC.
• Stock dividends and bonus share distributions may be allocated on the next business day based on HKSCC's distribution arrangements.
• Stock consolidations, splits, and board lot changes will be processed as scheduled.
