This means that in cases of severe weather conditions—such as a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or an “Extreme Conditions” announcement by the Hong Kong government—the Hong Kong securities and derivatives markets will remain open.For more details, please refer to the HKEX website.
