When a ZA Credit transaction is successfully cancelled or reversed, or when a transaction dispute claim is successfully approved, the relevant amount will be credited to your ZA Bank account. However, you'll still need to repay the related ZA Credit spending.

If an eligible spending transaction is reversed or cancelled, the monthly transaction cap for rebates will be adjusted according to the following rules:
Full reversal or cancellation: If the original eligible spending transaction can be successfully matched, and the transaction and refund or cancellation occur in the same month, the monthly transaction cap for that month can be restored.
Partial reversal or cancellation: The monthly transaction cap cannot be restored.
